Is my data private?
Yes. Your history stays on-device by default and can only be unlocked with Face ID/Touch ID. Sharing is optional and always deliberate.
Can my partner see my entries?
Entries are private unless you explicitly export or share a summary. Discreet reminders never reveal the content to others.
How do I export or delete data?
Head to Settings > Data > Export or Delete. The export creates a secure, readable archive and the delete option wipes everything immediately.
Does Hushwell sync with HealthKit?
Yes—optional HealthKit sync happens locally. You control which metrics flow through and can pause sync at any time.
